This is the final week of our 12 week performance project and if you have been following the workouts, you know that this week is all about massive, crazy, explosive power! I’m excited to hear about your progress, so here are your events for the week!
Monday – Clean and Jerk! or Dumbell Swing
Tuesday – Dips
Wednesday – Lateral Jumps
Thursday – Front squat or Hang Clean
Friday – reverse pull ups

I LOVE the pic! After this 12th week, we will be weighing, measuring, and testing everything! I think it is time to do a 3 week challenge! 🙂

As a trainer, ther’es one thing that I really like about your video. they are short sweet and too the point. So many videos I see on youtube have trainers explaining way more detail for fundamental moves than any viewer can comprehend. You guys have got a great format. keep it up.
