<p>In other words, let&#8217;s get serious for a few weeks and ask yourself: what can I really accomplish in 25 days?</p>
<p>You could drop 10lbs<br />
You get lose 3 inches off your waist<br />
You could fit back into those jeans<br />
You could perform a certain challenge<br />
You could increase your strength</p>
<p>You could reclaim your confidence</p>
<p>You could do a lot of things&#8230;..</p>
<p>Each team has 3 current members and up to 2 new members.</p>
<p>Who do you know that might wanna join us?  Each team must have at least 1 new client, 2 ideally.  Your team will compete against other teams in &#8220;The greatest changes in the month of February&#8221; &#8211; and this is not just about weight loss, it also involves several physical challenges in addition to a written aspect.  Although losing weight or inches can be rewarding, we want to include physical challenges too.</p>
<p><strong>Winners Will Earn Over $2500 in Cash and Prizes</strong></p>
<p>Here’s what’s involved:</p>
<p style="text-align: left;" align="center"><strong><em>***1st Assessment is either Friday Feb 3rd from 5-7pm or Saturday Feb 4th from 8-10am</em></strong></p>

<p><strong>Everyone will also do the following physical challenges (25pts for 1st place, 10pts for 2nd, 5 for 3rd place)</strong></p>

<li>Tsunami to end for time</li>
<li>Power sled drive &#8211; Bodyweight for 50’</li>
<li>Dead Hang for time (guys 2inch bar, girls 1 inch bar)</li>
<li>1 minute Versaclimber for distance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your story (50pts to winner, 25 2nd place, 10pts to 3rd and 5pts for every story.  </strong><br />
<strong>Tell your “Transformation” story:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>What did you accomplish?</li>
<li>What did you learn about yourself?</li>
<li>What challenges did you overcome?</li>
<li>What do you still need to improve?</li>
<li>Etc, etc</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Winners will NOT be judged on straight performance or aesthetic measurements.   (i.e., The leanest person at the end of the month doesn’t automatically win.) </strong></p>
<p><strong>We WILL be judging by most dramatic improvements.  We want to see people change and improve.  We did this so that the entire contest is a level playing field for everyone involved.</strong></p>

<p>I had surgery a few days after and had to get used to the idea of not training for 4-6 months.</p>
<p>This was very depressing considering that Corey, at Innovative Results, had me in the best shape of my life.</p>
<p>Corey kept in touch and made sure that the moment I could train, we would get back to work. He killed my lower body for 3 months until I was able to start using my upper body.</p>
<p>5 months in, I got the clear from my dr to fight and because of Innovative Results I was able to jump back into training with out being out of shape! <img title=":-)" src="http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/images/blank.gif" alt="" />.</p>
<p>The positive attitude that comes out of the gym is overwhelming and it kept me so motivated even though I could not train my entire body.</p>
<p>Now im back at 100% ready to fight!</p>
