Getting outside is good for the soul.
Somehow, every time I get outside for a few hours, away from the noise, I always feel better. Stress disappears, breathing slows down, and I have a feeling of contentment. I believe that this time is essential, if you want to be healthier, think clearer and live a healthier lifestyle. It could be a daily walk or a week in the woods, but either way, its good to get outside.
BUT…most of us have to work, so why not bring a little Nature to the office…
