There are basically 2 different types of gyms these days.
1. Big box, corporate health clubs that are packed full of amenities, machines and frills.
2. Small box, no frills training facilities.
Both are fine for most people, but the people at Innovative Results were looking for more.
Tired of the ‘norm’, owners Corey Beasley and Aaron Guyett have opened a gym that offers some of the most unique, fun and effective training programs in Southern California.
Their new fitness center in Orange County combines old school training techniques and the fun of being outdoors.
There aren’t any bodybuilding programs or aerobics classes at this place.
Their team constantly scours the web and attends workshops around the country, to the best training protocols, equipment and tricks to help their members stay ahead.
While most fitness centers are focused on six pack abs and big biceps, IR is taking a slightly different approach.
Owner, Corey Beasley explains, “I could care less about biceps and abs. I’d much rather know that I am strong enough for any challenge, conditioned well enough to get out and enjoy life and feel happy, alert and energetic.”
In their opinion, most bodybuilding programs and Olympic style lifts do not help the active person enjoy their life.
The majority of their members simply want to look a little better, feel better and want to get out and enjoy the world around them.
Their clients surf, snowboard, paddle board, hike, fight, ride bikes, run marathons, roll jiujitsu, play with their kids, play tennis, golf, climb mountains and more!
