I had a really good workout. I also did my cardio today. I stayed on my diet all day. Then I got really hungry tonight and slipped – In and Out - AUGH! There, I said it… Now I am more focused. It is out of my system. I am going to find a buddy to hold me accountable when I am tempted to blow it, I will call someone and ask for support. My Goal is to have ripped abs. I am going to take one day at a time. Tomorrow, I will not leave my house until I have set my plan on what I will eat. I will then go grocery shopping and buy healthy food. OK… I am going to make it this weekend. YEAH!
