I feel so awesome after making my goal today with my diet. I am looking forward to be in the gym tomorrow morning for another tremendous workout. I just rested today after church. I fixed a great healthy pizza from the cookbook “You on a Diet” for dinner with whole wheat crust, and fresh vegetables. It was soooo good, and I felt good after dinner as well knowing that I was eating healthy.
My menu today:
Meal 1: ham and cheese croissant
Meal 2: Chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun
Meal 3: whole wheat crackers and low fat cheddar cheese
Meal 4: Salad (lots of mixed veggies) with 0 fat Vinegarrette dressing
Meal 5: Veg and chicken Pizza on whole wheat crust and skim milk mozzerella cheese
