Performace Project – Daily Fitness Challenge – 400m Run

400m run can be done anywhere: outside, on a track or on a treadmill. If you haven’t run for awhile, please start slowly. We want to compete and have fun, but our first priority is safety. 400m run is a long sprint that requires speed and stamina. Done correctly, this can be one of the fastest ways to burn excess body fat.

    I had a shoddy start, but I stilled managed to eek out 51 seconds. :)
