Metabolic Conditioning – Quick Fitness Challenge – Innovative Results

We call it “The General”

We have been integrating challenges into our workouts at the gym.  They are a fun way to get people involved, competing and it creates the competitive atmosphere that so many people strive for.  Here is a quick 2-4 minute challenge that we did a few days back.  It’s not for everybody, but its fun for us!
