400m run can be done anywhere: outside, on a track or on a treadmill. If you haven’t run for awhile, please start slowly. We want to compete and have fun, but our first priority is safety. 400m run is a long sprint that requires speed and stamina. Done correctly, this can be one of the fastest ways to burn excess body fat.

Run fast, be safe and be sure to post your scores below!

    I had a shoddy start, but I stilled managed to eek out 51 seconds. :)

    My time was 1:20…need to improve.

    1:14 didn’t realize we were going till Aaron started to run otherwise I would have beat him. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. :)

    it was my fault jefferson. i got 1:22….. i feel the same way about my score kyee… we should race next time, and push each other :)
