The Naked Sailor, Aaron Guyett, owns the number one personal training company in Orange County, Innovative Results. Jaiya and Aaron both wrote a book called Warrion Meets Earth, in this book, they go over the specifics of Movement Training. Look for more of The Naked Sailor working out at a location near you.
