Finding the Motivation to Make a Change

New Years Day is upon us and everyone is looking to make some positive changes in their lives.

So, how do you make your resolution or goals stick?

Why do most people make goals now and then forget about them a few weeks later?  I believe it has a lot to do with how those people set goals and how important those goals are to them in the first place.  SO where do you start?

Here are some cool resources and articles to help get on the right track:

How to set goals

How to find motivation

How to stay on track

Wanna Lose weight?

I truly hope this year finds you with health and happiness.

You really can do everything you desire!

I truly believe that!
