Back to the Basics: Learning to Rack the Kettlebell

Kettlebell lifting is becoming more and more popular, so IR owner, Aaron Guyett decided to make these videos to help you expand your knowledge and lift correctly.

In this video, Aaron shares the “Rack” position. This position can be used for carries, to change the difficulty of a variety of exercises, and is a foundational skill to learn before moving on to the clean and jerk.
