Most of us sit on our butts all day at the office, in the car and on the couch. When we go to the gym, the last thing we need to do is sit on our butts more!
People need to stand on their own two feet, learn how to control their bodies, then add resistance to those basic movement patterns in various ways. Resistance can be applied with balls, weights, kettlebells, ropes, bands, bags and much more. Movement is not complicated and doesn’t need to be.
There are 7 basic movements that every human being does, or should be able to do efficiently.
- squatting
- lunging
- pushing
- pulling
- bending
- twisting
- walking/running.
That is it.
Doesn’t matter if you are a woman or a man. Human’s move.
Our bodies understand movement, not individual muscles, so we should train our bodies how to become stronger and more efficient in these movement patterns. By doing this body learns how to work as a unit, not as individual muscles.
You will become more balanced, more athletic, gain more muscle, reduce imbalances, decrease chance of injury and perform better in and out of the gym.
Strong and stable from your head to your toes.

Straight to the point! Our bodies are ONE UNIT! Yes we have hundreds of muscles within the system, but they are brilliantly interwoven to create ONE body. These movement patterns are far more beneficial than single isolated exercises and will bring results for a balanced, strong body.
