o Warrion Brown Rice
1 Cup Brown Rice
1 3/4 Water
1 Pinch Sea Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pour water in pot. Let water come to a boil, and then place ingredients in pot for 20 min, turn down and let simmer for 20 min or until softness is to your liking.
o Warrion Wild Rice
1 Cup Wild Rice
1 3/4 Water
1 Pinch Sea Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pour water in pot. Let water come to a boil, and then place ingredients in pot for 20 min, turn down and let simmer for 20 min or until softness is to your liking.
o Warrion Beans
1 Cup Beans (Pinto or Black)
2 Cups Water
1 Pinch Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne
Let Beans soak in pot overnight or for 6-8 hours. Pour off water, rinse and refill. Bring Beans to Boil for 30 minutes, Let Beans simmer for 20 minutes. Remove excess water and they are ready.
o Warrion Salsa Bombs
2 Tablespoons Brown Rice
2 Tablespoons Beans
4 Tablespoons Salsa
Inside Corn, Whole Wheat, or Sprouted Grain Tortilla
Fold Tortilla in four sections over the ingredients and place toothpick vertically into all four sections.
o Warrion PBNJ
2 peices Sprouted Grain or Ezekiel Bread
1-2 Tablespoons Organic Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1-2 Tablespoons Organic Raw Honey, Jam, or Preserves.
o Warrion’s Vegetarian Complete Protein
1/2 Cup Wild Rice
1/4 Cup Beans
1/4 Cup Boiled Barley
1 Garlic Clove Minced
1 Green Onion Chopped
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix ingredients and serve chilled or hot.
o Warrion Steamed Veggies
Broccolli
Carrot
Cauliflower
Green Beans
Bell Pepper
Onion
Spinach
Etc.
Place a few tablespoons of water in a pot. Place desired vegetable in pot. Cook on Medium to Medium High Heat. Steam vegetable to color and brightness. It should be brighter and more colorful then when you put it in there. This takes anywhere between one minute and five minutes. Use your best judgement. Chill or serve hot. You may use Sea Salt, Garlic, and/or pepper to taste.
o Warrion Lettuce Wraps
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Beans
1/2 Cup Steamed Veggies
4 Tablespoons Salsa
Place on Four Romaine Lettuce Leafs and Enjoy!
o Warrion’s Dessert for Breakfast
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
One Scoop Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Frozen Berries and/or Frozen Fruit
1/2 Cup Soy Milk or Water
One Pinch Cinnamon
Optional (1 Tablespoon Agave, Honey, Maple Syrup)
Mix thoroughly and let stand for 1-3 hours. This will enable you to prepare this in the morning and it will be ready to eat ofter your workout when you get to work, Hurray!
o Warrion’s Rice Pudding
1 Cup Overcooked Brown Rice
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Crushed Ginger or to taste.
2 Tablespoons Agave, Honey, or Maple Syrup
Mix thoroughly and serve chilled with a nice cup of tea!
